| Welcome to the first issue of Inside Scope for 2012 |
|
|
| I would like to introduce myself as Scope’s new CEO. I come from a background in both the disability and health sectors, most recently as the Group Manager for Allied Health and Community Programs at St. Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne.
I have a long relationship with Scope, commencing in 1985 as a Physiotherapist, serving as a Director of Scope from 2004 to 2009 and as President in 2008 and 2009.
Both Scope and the disability sector are entering a period of enormous change, and the Board and I are excited about the year ahead and the opportunities these changes will provide for people with a disability.
